I hope you are all feeling proud of yourselves. If you aren't you should be. What a great team we've grown into. We are smashing through the raid content it's been a true team effort. I'm just so proud of all of you. All we have to do now is keep going and stay focused whilst enjoying our raid time together.
I've noticed great improvement in the handling of the mechanics and movement generally. Some of the fights look like poetry in motion. The effort that everyone has gone to individually and as a team is just amazing.
The feedback I get from guildies is that people enjoy the environment of our raids. Visitors have whispered to me that the thing they enjoy most is the problem focused approach of our raid leaders. A few ppl have said the fact that when I wipe happens the discussion is always about finding a solution with no elitist jerk finger pointing or blaming ppl. I would agree.
I'm so happy with how we are going. I would like to thank you all for the great job you are doing. There's something very special and unique about our guild that makes it different from any other raiding guild I've run or been an officer in and that's the sense of warmth and acceptance that all you guildies provide. I do hope this continues. I feel that our guild is an extension of my family and right meow we're experiencing the fruits of our labour.
It's been hard work juggling toons. Maddy leveling and gearing a monk for easier raid progression. As well as Bainmar leveling a pally healer, jub swapping from healing to hunting as required. Bashy researching specs and how to optimize our classes. Aly 1.0 filming our fights so we can look at ways we can improve. Holy taking on the 1st officer role. Vonds doing tanking and healing and dps. Aly 2.0 researching all the fights and coming up with new and improved strategy for fights. It's been a long road. Let's keep up the good work and enjoy this progression.
